Congratulations to the Amherst Cross Country Team on a great season!
The 10 varsity runners wrapped up their season at the NSAA State Meet on Friday. All of the runners battled heat and wind and fought to finish the race.
The girls team placed 9th, with Broxlynn Fast coming in as Amherst's first runner at 22 of 127 girls.
The boys team placed 17th, with Luke Ourada coming in as Amherst's first runner at 84 of 122 boys.
We thank our seniors Weston Salter & Kaleigh Pracht and wish them luck in the future!
Thank you, to everyone who came out and cheered for our Broncos at State, as well as supporting the Cross Country Team throughout the season.

Because medical costs can be expensive, Amherst Public Schools does provide families the opportunity to purchase student accident insurance on their student through Student Assurance Servies, Inc.
This supplemental policy would assist with your out-of-pocket medical expenses (i.e. deductible) should your student sustain an accidental injury while coverage is in effect. Also, if you do not have any insurance on your student, this would be primary for accidental injuries. There is a variety of coverage options and premiums are a one-time payment for the school year.
